Making Cities (More) Inclusive

This book explores the relationship between people with autism spectrum disorders and the urban environment. It also puts forward a set of requirements for planning autism-friendly cities. Indeed, it is based on the assumption that research and projects capable of promoting the use of urban spaces and services by people with autism can improve the quality of life of all, as they are capable of responding to the lack of rights, needs, and desires unrecognized members of different sections of contemporary society.
